The Electric Racing Team from University of Stuttgart
Greenteam Uni Stuttgart was founded in 2009 with the sole focus of developing electric race cars. As early as 2010, the team achieved its first overall victory with E0711-1.
In the years that followed, a series of high-performance electric vehicles were created, combining sporting success with technological milestones. With E0711-2 (2012), E0711-5 (2015), and E0711-11 EVO (2022), the team successively broke the world record for an electric vehicle accelerating from 0–100 km/h.
Together with Rennteam, Greenteam competed in a total of 111 competitions, achieving 39 overall victories, 15 second-place finishes, and 19 third-place finishes. During this period, eleven world championship titles were brought to Stuttgart.
